Rebecca  Ruddell, project manager

Rebecca brings her considerable experience in project and process management in the transportation, education and health care industries to her work with BR Gordon.  Since joining the firm in 2003, she has  been responsible for the management of all projects from contract to completion, giving full support to the construction management team. 

Jim Gielow, construction manager

Jim Gielow brings over 20 years experience in construction to his job with BR Gordon.  His experience in customer relations, quality inspection, strategic and process planning and "hands-on" construction equip him well to see any project through to a successful completion. 

Thomas Winkel, construction manager

Tom is a highly effective construction manager with over 30 years of experience supervising a wide range of projects to successful conclusion.  He is known for his ability to establish productive relationships with clients, workers, and supervisors and combines a "results" orientation with high integrity.  His construction experience ranges from large public projects to residential construction.
