When you use BR Gordon as your Construction Manager, Bill Biffle is your personal contact throughout the life of the project. As CM, Bill serves as the owner’s representative throughout the process of design and construction. He brings his 40 years of construction industry management to bear on every issue. He offers advice, uncolored by any conflicting interest, on all matters pertaining to the project including scope, scheduling, design, contracting, and procurement. He may be compensated by the owner for this work on an hourly basis, as a percentage of construction costs, or in a lump sum. As the steward of the owner’s financial investment in the project, he endeavors to shorten the time required, significantly reduce the costs of errors and omissions in design documents, and to work with the contractor – or in the case of Multiple Prime Projects, with the prime subcontractors – to ensure that the product is delivered as designed, on time and on budget.
